Resumen

Mathematics learning in students with attention deficit is often associated with difficulties in concentration and in processing abstract concepts. Technology-mediated microlearning has emerged as a pedagogical strategy aimed at strengthening active and inclusive learning processes. Method: A mixed-methods study was conducted using a quasi-experimental design with both a control group and an experimental group. The implemented protocol consisted of an educational website integrating brief and interactive activities designed to support the solving of exponential equations. Pre- and post-intervention assessments, perception surveys, and structured observations were applied for data collection. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in academic performance and problem-solving skills. In addition, higher levels of motivation, conceptual understanding, and active participation were observed. Conclusions: The findings consistently indicate that technology-based microlearning improves mathematics performance and supports inclusive educational environments by promoting autonomy, sustained attention, and academic engagement among students with differentiated learning needs.
